The role

- Being the first point of contact for clients, keeping in regular contact with them.
- Carrying out all work required to make clients digital profiles work, including...
- Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Writing and scheduling social media posts
- Writing blog posts, updating website content and email campaigns
- Managing paid social media advertising
- Ensuring monthly reports are completed and delivered on time
- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through a friendly approach and good customer service.
- Taking on client feedback and always being on the lookout for areas we can improve the service we offer to clients.
- Working with the team to further the business as a whole, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
While the role is primarily social media focused, a good understanding of SEO would also be very beneficial to the role.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week), initially working remotely with a view to working from our Sheffield-based office from late 2021 or whenever circumstances allow.
