We provide the services companies need but don’t have in-house, offering valuable expertise in web design & development, social media, SEO, email marketing and pay per click.

We work successfully with a broad range of sectors including hospitality, tourism, legal, finance and IT.

The role

As a Digital Profile Manager at Arise the responsibilities required to fulfil your role successfully would include...
  • Being the first point of contact for clients, keeping in regular contact with them.

  • Carrying out all work required to make clients digital profiles work, including...

    • Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies

    • Writing and scheduling social media posts

    • Writing blog posts, updating website content and email campaigns

    • Managing paid social media advertising

    • Ensuring monthly reports are completed and delivered on time

  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through a friendly approach and good customer service.

  • Taking on client feedback and always being on the lookout for areas we can improve the service we offer to clients.

  • Working with the team to further the business as a whole, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.

While the role is primarily social media focused, a good understanding of SEO would also be very beneficial to the role.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week), initially working remotely with a view to working from our Sheffield-based office from late 2021 or whenever circumstances allow.
