What’s the role?

As a WordPress Developer at Arise, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients in the hospitality industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our team to create visually appealing and functional websites using WordPress.
  • Developing custom themes and templates to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Administering and regularly updating WordPress sites to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Providing training and guidance to clients on using and managing their WordPress websites effectively.

The role is based from our office in central Sheffield, is a permanent position - full or part time position (20-40 hours per week).

This job requires you to work in our Sheffield office at least three days a week. It cannot be done fully remotely.

You need to be legally allowed to work in the UK.

What skills you'll need

  • Proficiency in WordPress development, including hands-on experience in creating custom themes and templates.

  • A willingness to learn and adapt, with some knowledge of PHP being desirable.
