Separate websites for student, residential and commercial lettings, each maintained on its own. Every listing change had to be keyed into the CRM, the website and Rightmove by hand.
One bespoke platform, with Property Hive linking their CRM to the site and pushing listings straight to Rightmove. When West One later moved from iamproperty to MRI Sales and Lettings, we switched the integration over without rebuilding the site.
Listings now flow through automatically, the team edits pages themselves, and only one issue needed fixing in the first three months after launch.

We build on Property Hive, which can pull listings from most of the CRMs UK agents use, including iamproperty, MRI Software (Sales and Lettings), Reapit, Alto, Jupix, Street and Expert Agent. If your CRM isn’t on the list, tell us which one you use and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you commit. If something won’t work out of the box, we’ll say so upfront and suggest a workaround, as we did for West One.
Yes. Your domain stays yours, and we simply point it at the new website on launch day. Your email carries on as normal. If it’s currently hosted with your old website provider, we’ll spot that early and plan the move so nothing is interrupted.
Yes. If your CRM already sends listings to the portals, that carries on exactly as it does now, and your new website is fed from the same data. If you’d rather the portal feeds ran through Property Hive, we can set that up too, as we did for West One’s Rightmove feed.
We do. Once your site is live, any technical conversations with Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket or your CRM provider can come through us, whether that’s setting up a feed, a listing that isn’t pulling through or a change on their end. We deal with them directly, so you’re not stuck in the middle passing messages between suppliers.
We can always copy you in, so you can see what’s been raised, what’s been agreed and when it’s fixed, without having to chase anyone yourself.
Yes. We can add a valuation request form built around what you need to know. We can also integrate most third-party instant valuation tools such as ValPal, which give vendors and landlords a quick estimate and give you their details. Either way, valuation leads come straight to you and are tracked, so you can see how many the site is winning.
It depends on your set-up. Many CRMs include their own landlord and tenant portals, and we can link to them seamlessly from your site. If you need something more tailored, such as maintenance reporting or document access, we can scope a bespoke portal as part of your build.
Yes. Every page is built with clear, simple editing fields, so your team can update area guides, team profiles, landlord services, news and offers without needing a developer. Listings are managed in your CRM as usual and update on the site automatically.
Yes. Your site isn’t tied to one CRM. West One Lettings moved from iamproperty to MRI Software (Sales and Lettings) after launch, and we handled the integration as a separate piece of work. The design, search and customer journey stayed exactly as they were.
