Introducing Arise - we are an established and ambitious digital marketing agency based in Sheffield, UK. Our mission is to use digital to help others arise.

What’s the role?

In this role, you'll be:

  • Managing emails and taking care of various admin tasks.
  • Organising schedules, keeping track of projects and events.
  • Handling bookkeeping with QuickBooks, including dealing with invoices.
  • Liaising with our accountants to make sure our finances are in order.
  • Helping out with tasks such as recruitment, business growth, and some sales admin.
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with clients.
  • Handling general office tasks such as managing incoming post and keeping the office well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Supporting team members with ad-hoc duties and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and organised.

The role is based from our office in central Sheffield, is a permanent part time position (20 hours per week).

What skills you'll need

  • Comfortable with using common software and online tools.
  • Excellent at organising and keeping track of details.
  • Really into spreadsheets – you find them easy and enjoyable to use.
  • Some experience in admin, finance, or office management is helpful.
  • Trustworthy, especially with confidential information.
