Eligibility:
The Luxury Hamper Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway") is open to all individuals.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entry:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the designated survey in its entirety.
Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Incomplete or illegible entries will not be considered.
Entries generated by automated means or third-party services are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey.
If the selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of the initial contact, another winner may be chosen at the discretion of the Giveaway organisers.
The decision of the Giveaway organisers is final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Prize:
The prize is a luxury hamper, the contents of which will be specified by the Giveaway organisers.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The Giveaway organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Liability and Indemnification:

Modification and Termination:
The Giveaway organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond their control.
