Do you only support sites you build?

Nope! We're always happy to chat about supporting any of your projects, whether we were involved in its creation or not.

Do I have to have a support contract with you?

Not at all. Not every project requires regular support and maintenance, and we're always happy to discuss one-off pieces of work for your site.

Do you offer 24/7 cover?

Absolutely. For businesses that rely on their website to be up and running at all times, we offer a critical cover plan which gives you access to a special email address and telephone contact that are monitored around the clock. On top of that, we provide pro-active monitoring, meaning we're usually fixing issues before you or your customers even notice!

How much does it cost?

Prices vary as each setup comes different requirements (differing platforms, levels of support needed, multiple sites monitored, etc). Generally speaking, our support plans range from £50 to £200 per month, often with subsidised development time added into the mix.
