The key area we tackled for Jonathan and the team was to create a design that reflected the quality of their workmanship and premium feel of their brand, ultimately attracting the right customers. A large part of this came from a strong focus on quality photography, letting their workmanship speak for itself, along with with minimal but strong wording.
It wasn’t just about the visual appeal, though this was key, but an overall improved customer experience ensuring that interested buyers are informed and encouraged, rather than put off. Ultimately this makes it easier for interested browsers to engage with the brand and make first contact.
We’ve made it easy for the team to have control over their site’s content with an easy-to-use content management system, allowing them to update photography, wording, and information such as opening times as and when they need. But we’re also on hand to cover content and maintenance issues for them, saving them time and effort.
With the project itself coming out of Jonathan’s realisation that he needed to adapt to improve his business, we’ve been able to offer our digital expertise further help the My Fathers Heart team grow and adapt. We designed and created an additional standalone site for their collaboration with award-winning German kitchen brand SieMatic, helping them to reach and attract a new set of customers.
My Fathers Heart have grown from strength-to-strength since our first encounter, and we’re humbled to a part of their story.
“The Arise team are always willing to help and work to the exacting standards we expect at my fathers heart.
Never grumbling, always polite and willing, I can't recommend them too highly.”
